PLACING AN ORDER

It’s a breeze! First, click on the product image or product name to view its details. Enter how many you wish to purchase, then click the ADD TO BAG button.

When you’re ready to checkout, tap the BAG button to view the contents of your SHOPPING BAG. Once you’ve erased all doubts in your heart and mind, click the BUY NOW button at the bottom of the page; this will take you to a SIGN IN page where you can sign in if you already have an account with us or you can continue shopping as a GUEST.

When you’ve made your sign in choice, fill out the appropriate forms with your shipping, billing, and payment information. Once done, click CHECKOUT; this will take you to a CONFIRMATION PAGE with a summary of your transaction. An email version of this summary will be immediately sent to your mentioned email address.

Credit/Debit card payment options are available, and we accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, APPLE PAY and TABBY.

Make your selections and proceed to CHECKOUT as usual. On the PAYMENT PAGE, click on the APPLY button. Your subtotals will then be updated

At THAT, our goal is to deliver your purchase in the quickest and most economical way possible. For the UAE, free shipping is available for all orders above AED 300; otherwise, a fee of AED 25 is applied. For the GCC, a fee of AED 100 is applied to all orders.

We have to as per KSA law, hence, a 15% VAT is already included in our prices.

Same Day Delivery is available on all orders placed online by 5 PM (UAE time), for shipments only within Dubai. Orders placed after the cut-off time (5 PM) and/or on any UAE public holiday will be deemed placed on the first UAE working day following the date on which the order was submitted. It will take 1 working days for orders placed outside Dubai. Shipping is also available throughout the GCC and will take 3-5 working days; this is excluding fine jewellery.

Exchanges/ Returns
Not happy with a product? No prob! THAT Concept Store products may be exchanged or returned within 14 days for full-priced items. All discounted items may be exchanged within 7 days and returned within three days. Fifteen days exchange or refund will be provided in case of manufacturing defects. In order to qualify for a return or exchange, all items must be returned with the following conditions:

Returned items must be unused, unaltered, and in good condition.
Items must be in their original packaging/box/dust cover, and with all brand and product labels/tags/instructions still attached.
Swimwear must have the original hygiene liner attached.
Authenticity/Warranty cards, where provided, should also be returned.
The return must be accompanied by the original Order Confirmation.
Exchange can only be with an item of equal or higher value than the original item.
Please note that art pieces, beauty and grooming items (including skincare, fragrance, make-up and haircare), underwear, and earrings cannot be returned.
Credit/Debit card payments will be refunded back to the card used for the purchase.

You can contact our call centre on 800-301-0115. to cancel or partially cancel an order. In fact, as long as your order hasn’t been dispatched, you can cancel an order any time. We then refund the amount back to the card you used for purchase.

As long as you make your payments on time, you’ll never be charged a late fee!
However, if you miss a payment due date, Tamara charges a late fee of SAR/AED 25 one day after the due date.
An additional late fee of SAR/AED 25 will be charged with every 15 days of delay. Fees are limited to SAR/AED 150, or 25% of the order value (the minimum of which will apply).
