When you’re ready to checkout, tap the BAG button to view the contents of your SHOPPING BAG. Once you’ve erased all doubts in your heart and mind, click the BUY NOW button at the bottom of the page; this will take you to a SIGN IN page where you can sign in if you already have an account with us or you can continue shopping as a GUEST.
If you are already signed in, this will take you to the SHIPPING METHOD page. You can select between two options SAME DAY delivery in the next two hours only if you are in DUBAI or Click and Collect from our store.
When you’ve made your sign in choice, fill out the appropriate forms with your shipping, billing, and payment information. Once done, click CHECKOUT; this will take you to a CONFIRMATION PAGE with a summary of your transaction. An email version of this summary will be immediately sent to your mentioned email address.
Same Day Delivery is available on all orders placed online by 6 PM (UAE time), for shipments only within Dubai. Orders placed after the cut-off time (6 PM) and/or on any UAE public holiday will be deemed placed on the first UAE working day following the date on which the order was submitted. It will take 1 working days for orders placed outside Dubai. Shipping is also available throughout the GCC and will take 3-5 working days; this is excluding fine jewellery.
During the Ramadan, the cut-off time for same-day delivery will be exceptionally set at 4:30 PM.
After placing your order you’ll receive an SMS with a link that lets you track your order.
Exchanges/ Returns
Not happy with a product? No prob! THAT Concept Store products may be exchanged or returned within 14 days for full-priced items. All discounted items may be exchanged within 7 days and returned within three days. Fifteen days exchange or refund will be provided in case of manufacturing defects. In order to qualify for a return or exchange, all items must be returned with the following conditions:
Returned items must be unused, unaltered, and in good condition.
Items must be in their original packaging/box/dust cover, and with all brand and product labels/tags/instructions still attached.
Swimwear must have the original hygiene liner attached.
Authenticity/Warranty cards, where provided, should also be returned.
The return must be accompanied by the original Order Confirmation.
Exchange can only be with an item of equal or higher value than the original item.
Please note that art pieces, beauty and grooming items (including skincare, fragrance, make-up and haircare), underwear, and earrings cannot be returned.
Credit/Debit card payments will be refunded back to the card used for the purchase.
